The 97th annual National Restaurant Association Show drew more than 67,000 people to Chicago in May of 2016. Suppliers, chefs and restauranteurs gathered at McCormick Place to network, attend information sessions and browse the exhibit floor that covered a record-setting 680,000 square feet.
